Because
Essential Oils are potent and precious substances,
they can also be misused. We must make it our responsibility
to understand and educate ourselves to their safe
use.
- Oils
are being tested, researched and explored everyday.
- Keep
out of reach of children
- Essential
Oils are very concentrated. Dilute, dilute, dilute!
Only a few can be used "neat".
- Do
not Ingest.
- Label
your mixtures, better yet, keep a journal or card
file & date the bottles.
- Do
not substitute aroma therapy for medical advise.
- If
you have any medical condition, are pregnant or
treating children, it would be in your best interest
to consult a certified aromatherapist.
- Do
not over-use any one oil on the skin for extended
periods of time.
- If
you have high blood pressure, do not use Hyssop,
rosemary, sage, thyme or peppermint.
Testing
your Skin for Sensitivites
Dilute oil in question, 1 drop in 1 teaspoon of carrier
oil. Apply to inner elbow, wait 6 hours.
